An inspiration to work with. Even on a busy stressful day she provides the calm in the storm. She is calm, patient and caring with the families she cares for. She is a big support to the colleagues around her. She is fun to work with. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. During the transition to using the new computer system she was a superuser and showed amazing support for her colleagues. I love working with Hannah.
As one of our band 6 nurses Hannah is invaluable to the ward team. She is always so approachable and supportive of the other team members and is a great role model to all the staff. She remains calm under pressure even when the shift is extremely busy and is great at coordinating the ward care. Hannah is such a kind caring nurse who goes above and beyond for her patients and their families. She will always check in on her colleagues on shift to ensure everyone is okay. Hannah has a vast experience and great knowledge which she shares with all staff members and she enables less confident staff to blossom under her supervision. It is always a pleasure to work with Hannah and she is a great asset to the team.
Hannah is a highly value member of our team , Hannah goes over and above for all patients that she cares for , she makes sure that she takes time to explain all inventions and patients and families are always put at ease.
Hannah has a warm , friendly approach to her nursing and is professional in her approach to all members of our MDT .
It’s been a pleasure to watch Hannah develop in her band 6 role , Hannah is a role model for all members of our nursing team , and a highly respected.
