Becky is the most wonderful nurse! She cares so much about all the families she looks after and goes above and beyond to support them at every stage of their neonatal journey.
Not only the families, but Becky is incredibly dedicated to providing education, support and motivation to all members of the multi disciplinary team. She is always looking to further her skills and improve any areas required for the benefit of others as well as her own career. Through her role as a PNA she has excelled at utilising her natural compassion and calming nature to support and increase morale in her colleagues.
Her education and teaching skills are fantastic and she should utilise them more as she has a lovely manner with all she comes across. She is reliably able to undertake any role that is thrown at her and will actively seek further support or information wherever required.
Becky is so kind and caring to everyone she comes into contact with, be it patients and families or staff. Always takes the time to ensure everyone is ok. Becky is so knowledgable and is excellent at passing her knowledge on to others with her excellent education skills.
