“Jodie runs our rota and does so extremely efficiently and competently. She goes above and beyond as a rota co-ordinator. She has, on multiple occasions arranged and pre-emptively allocated rota lines to accommodate both professional responsibilities such as conferences as well as being able to accomodate personal plans with good forewarning.
She has also helped cover rota gaps at short notice including answering emails out of hours. Due to her efforts, We are often more likely to engage and gaps are therefore less often left blank as a direct and indirect result of her efforts.
Jodie is our wonderful ‘rota coordinator.’ She however is much more than that. She is the organiser of everything for our department and an invaluable member of our team. It cannot be underestimated what she does for the department and we all think she is wonderful. Thank you Jodie for EVERYTHING!”
