Gemma is an absolute star!! She works tirelessly on our assessment unit and inpatient ward, always smiling, always having a laugh no matter how many sets of notes are piling up around her and how many times the phone rings! Always welcomes patients and staff with a smile and kind hearted nature. She is always looking out for others, making cups of tea when people haven’t had a break and her help is much appreciated! Nothing is ever too much trouble and she is a joy to work with.
Gemma is a ward clerk on Louisa Cary. Always greets everyone with a smile and a friendly hello. Gemma is so supportive of all staff, always checking on others and asking about their day, even when she’s busy and under pressure with her own work load. Gemma has been a fabulous role model to the new staff working on the ward. Demonstrating the importance of on checking on staffs wellbeing and making work an enjoyable and inclusive place to be.
Never a moment where she’s not smiling and ensuring all is ok whilst effortlessly completing her work tasks. Genuine lady has an ability to make all around her feel good and confident that the day will run smoothly.
