Has coming into her nursing career in full force, has developed so much in the last year and her nursing skills are way past what is expected at her level. She is also very kind and a good team player. Well done Charlotte.

Charlotte is a very hardworking nurse who has adapted to working in Ed very well. She is always a friendly face on shift and always works hard for her patients and helps other staff member’s.

Charlotte has had a strong start to her nursing journey which I imagine will only continue. Charlotte has not only met the requirements but has hugely exceeded them. Providing excellent care and always striving for the best possible treatment for her patients, willing to advocate and challenge when required to ensure that this is possible. Since qualifying Charlotte has grown considerably and happy to share any learned skills with those around her, further supporting and strengthening her team.
