Alison is a wonderful and dedicated supervisor and consultant. As a supervisor, she goes the extra mile to provide support and help. She has shown great kindness and compassion, and been a pivotal pillar of support in developing me both as a trainee and as a person. She takes time out of her busy schedule to look after, supervise and support her peers and trainees and ensure their training needs are met. Alison has been the most caring and kindest supervisor, and shows admirable dedication to the NICU department. The guidance and support she has provided in my personal and professional life has been impactful to my training and wellbeing.
