Alison has taken over the role of lead community respiratory nurse and she has done a great job. Established asthma follow-up clinics, embraced new challenges so well and best thing is she is always smiling and helping us. We refer so many sleep studies, home visits, asthma reviews, never heard her complaint about her workload. She deserves this award!
