Noelle is all that every nurse should be and more. She is an incredible role model and an asset to the nursing profession. Noelle is soon focused on supporting staff wellbeing and always takes time to check in and listen to people (even at the end of 4 night shifts!). Noelle is a wonderful advocate from both staff and the patients she supports. Noelle takes such a pride in her work always aiming for the absolute best for every individual. I am so grateful for Noelles support and the knowledge she has shared with me. I am struggling to find the right words to describe how incredible Noelle is, she meets all the judging criteria and so much more. The Goose would fall apart with out her!!!
