Beverley somehow manages to seamlessly be the manager for both Children’s High Dependency and the Children’s Assessment Units. Both units are massive in their own rights but she achieves the impossible in both. She is constantly striving to improve both areas and therefore the care of the children that we see; be this by creating SOPs, ensuring staff are highly trained in the appropriate skills and many more. She is bridging the gaps between ED and CAU well. She is overall a fantastic team player, supporting all of level 12 when she has the 0919 and the ED team with flow. She is always present when on duty, approachable, and caring for her staff. It is always a pleasure to be on duty with Beverley, she makes the most dismal of days, brighter.
