Helen always goes above and beyond for our team, whenever we need her. She is supportive from always being a listening ear when we need it, offering to be available to be called at any time and spending time with our more challenging patients when the nursing team are struggling. Wildgoose have had such a tricky time of it with some very challenging behaviour from patients and Helen is always present to support us.
