Mel is our wonderful matron – she works so hard in a very difficult job, and is always supportive. Mel is approachable and always happy to have a chat. Mel is an amazing advocate for her nursing staff and always want to support them. She is also a great communicator and always happy to have a laugh and a joke even in challenging circumstances.
