It is with immense honor that I write this letter to recommend April Gambles RN, BSN, for Nursing Lifetime Achievement Award. April
has always been a silent leader on the unit and through this past year has really become a strong
leader as a Band 6 , and now she is promoted as a Band 7 where she can provide excellent care to the patients, unit and nurses. She is always available to comfort, and support the staff and patients. She is always a good example to her colleagues that being a nurse is a dedication and not only a work. Well deserve.
