Thin has consistently shown high skills and knowledges in paediatric care. Her approaches and interactions with children, young people and families are kind hearted, actively listening and compassionate. With nursing staff, she is always willing to team and plan together to achieve the best outcomes for their patients.

Thinn is an outstanding member of our paediatric team, she is always cheerful and a joy to be around. She is very reliable and works incredibly hard to ensure that all jobs are completed efficiently and thoroughly. She had recently become a junior doctor rep and advocates for all members of the team. She has also taken on managing our teaching rota and organising various speakers to enhance departmental learning. She shows great leadership and team working skills and communicated clearly with patients and staff. She has a great manner and all children and parents respond well to her. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable and takes a particular interest in our special care baby unit completing audits and improvement projects within the team. Fantastic colleague, doctor and friend to all!

Thinn is an excellent colleague. She is very proactive and competent, in addition to being friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thinn is reliable and ensures the ward runs smoothly.

Thinn is a breath of fresh air. Always greats her patients and colleagues with a friendly smile and a compassionate ear. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Thinn, always willing to support nursing staff during some challenging shifts and when asked for advice, support or to complete a task, Thinn will always find a way to meet the needs of others. Thinn is a huge asset to the paediatric department in Torbay. She has fantastic clinical skills, knowledge and is always so willing to help. She delivers it all with a cheerful smile, humility and efficiency, always putting children and their families first and caring for them flawlessly.
Thinn has engaged in departmental audit and quality improvement. She is leading on organisation and delivery of our SHO level teaching programme.
She simply does not know how good she is, and she thoroughly deserves to be successful in her ST3 application.
