Emily has recently undertaken a new role within the ward she has started her TNA training , Emily has put 100% into this role and is going over and above in this new role . Emily has stepped up ensuring she has transitioned from HCA into a trainee role , she has demonstrated this through ensuring that she is making the most of a training and experiences that are presented to her , she has a wealth of knowledge that she can bring to this new role .
Emily has a gentle manner with all her patients ensuring she takes time to explain what she is doing , this in turn means families and patients respect and trust Emily .I am Looking forwards to watching Emily grow into the role .

Emily has endless energy and enthusiam.
She has been amazing during the introduction of our paperless system. Supporting others, being so patient with us less computer proficient.
She is striving to develop her career by progressing to Band 3 and now undertaking her TNA training to become a Registrant. I have no doubt she will put everything in to achieve and deliver quality, compassionate care to the unwell children of North Devon.
