Alistair is incredibly dedicated in his role as ANNP, and a wonderfully supportive and welcoming senior colleague. He is kind and compassionate, and shows admirable commitment to his patients and to the NICU department. He is an invaluable team member and always takes time to educate and support his peers on the team. Alistair shows great respect to his patients and parents, and demonstrates an inspiring degree of commitment to their care. It is always comforting and reassuring having Alistair on shift.
