Julia has been such a supportive member of the MDT since I started my first neonatology job. She is so knowledgeable but also approachable. She has often gone above above and beyond to help me giving me a crash course in volume guaranteed ventilation before my first nightshift looking after an intubated baby or attending deliveries with junior team members to help improve their confidence.

Julia is quietly efficient. She understands the running of the neonatal unit and is a fantastic colleague to fellow ANNP’s, consultants and junior Dr’s. She makes very sensible decisions and is a fantastic team player. She is well liked by parents of the patients on the neonatal unit and is a real linchpin between the nursing and medical teams.

She is really good at her job. She is clinically outstanding and her knowledge is fantastic. Calm and very professional even in busiest and tough situation.
