Has shown such a passion for paediatrics after working in adult ED, is really good with the children and really supportive of the nursing staff.

Vic is an excellent member of the ED family, but particularly in Paeds. Vic prioritises her workload well and always listens to the concerns of the Paeds nursing staff and acts appropriately whilst keeping a calm atmosphere. Vic has showed massive determination as she will be the first to admit that she was petrified of Paeds not long ago! But she has grown to be a massive advocate for the children and consistently brings a caring and happy nature to Paeds, and now we can’t keep her away!!
