Well where do I start. Every shift she comes to work with a smile. And makes everyone else feel great around her. She work’s so hard and always once the upmost best for her patients. She will go above and beyond to ensure everything has been achieved. Emma will always check in on you and you know it is always sincere.

Emma always treat patients and families with respect and care they deserve and need during such difficult times. Emma work’s well with all MDT,s which is a key aspect in making sure all care is delivered. She really does adopt the FIC which really does show in her work and competencies when she is on NICU.

Mainly, when you know Emma is on shift, you know your going have a good day, even if the shift has been awful, she will do her upmost to uplift everyone. A lovely attribute to the team.
