| All of the team that work on the reception are brilliant. They book all of our patients on for us and do checks so that it is something less for us to do. They are all always so kind and caring with children and their families and quite often they will be the person to escalate care of a child to the nursing team , which is going above and beyond their role and for that they should be proud. I am so thankful that we have such a lovely team of people to work alongside. |
