| Jena is an excellent colleague and an exemplary nurse. Although relatively new to the team, she’s already demonstrated remarkable clinical skills in some challenging situations. She isn’t afraid of hard work and continually seeks to gain feedback and improve. Jena always comes to work with a positive attitude and this is reflected in her relationship with our patients and colleagues. She has the determination to do what is right for her patients and her communication with children, families and the MDT alike is superb. Jena is conscious of her colleagues’ workloads on shift and recognises when she can provide support. I think she’s an inspiration and role model for newer members of the nursing team. |
