| Jenna has been an outstanding ANNP this year. She has fully embraced the role and responsibility. Her patient management skills are excellent and she makes clear plans and communicates them well. She is totally competent and very good at her job. Jenna is also an excellent communicator and a great team player. She is keen to learn and get new skills and always helps when we need her. Jenna has also made an outstanding contribution to teaching and training this year with the invention of the KIP board in the NNU tea room. This teaching board has been a great source of learning and teaching for our colleagues and we really value this as a neonatal team – well done and thank you Jenna! |
