Debbie is the greatest support to all staff! She is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help in any situation. She is always positive and keeps morale high in difficult times. She shows great empathy and problem solving enabling her to support staff and children and their families to the highest of standards. She has amazing communication skills and communicates well with children of all ages. She is incredibly knowledgable and her HDU skills give the team confidence, when she is on shift, you know we will be ok. Debbie is always seeking opportunity to teach new staff and up date staff on any changes within the department. She is always striving to improve our department and the care that we deliver to children and their families. She is a fantastic role model and one that the Nursing and Midwifery Council would be very proud of.
