| Sarah is one of the most kind hearted, supportive and compassionate people I have ever had the privilege to work with. Sarah is not only a brilliant nurse but goes above and beyond for her nursing colleagues whilst on shift and outside of the ward environment such as checking in on staffs mental well-being, supporting those who are off sick as well as guiding her team to achieve in their clinical roles. She is always approachable and will often put her colleagues before herself whilst going beyond her duties as a senior Band 6. This level of support and enthusiasm has not slowed down as she approaches the end of her career and I and I’m sure the team are going to feel a great loss when Sarah decides to (very well deserved) retire. |
