| Helen will quietly go about her shifts with little fuss or drama, but her kindness, thoughtfulness and diligence doesn’t go unnoticed. She is unafraid of hard work, often taking on high acuity and high dependency workloads without complaint, and she effectively manages this. Helen consistently draws upon her widespread knowledge and experience to provide the best patient care and demonstrate exemplary clinical competence to other colleagues. Her attention to detail -for example, remembering without fail to add her name to every patient’s whiteboard every shift- is appreciated by families and colleagues alike. She role models committed & compassionate nursing care to junior members of staff and frequently supports our senior nursing team by taking charge of shifts when needed. |
