| Stacey is an amazing nurse in ED and is an example to the team with what she has achieved over the years. She’s enthusiastic in her practice and takes pride in the care delivered to her patients. She worked hard and recently became a band 6 nurse in ED and stepped up to the role. She’s great at supporting the other staff she works with and takes time to ask how we all are. She’s friendly and caring with the children and their family and always remains calm. She’s great at promoting staff morale and is known to bring in snacks to keep everyone going! You are a great nurse. Not only is Stacey an incredible nurse to work with in clinical practice.. she is also been the rock of paeds Ed during the pandemic. She has put staff moral and well fare at the forefront of her role and has ensured we all feel supported and cared for during what was probably the most challenging year of our careers so far. |
