| Karen is a shining star on level 12. She has worked for the department since the very beginning and I can’t imagine working here without her. She is looked up to by so many of us, due to her kind and caring nature and always looking after everyone around her, winning her the nickname ‘Mummy Dawe’. She is a fantastic high dependency nurse with extensive experience which she readily shares with junior colleagues and students. Karen has been a real inspiration to me; her manner when dealing with stressful situations, managing the unit and her general positive outlook on life. |
