| Where to even start with Alistair. He is a force of nature! So knowledgeable, so efficient and SO hardworking. During my time working with him he transitioned from working on the tier 1 to the tier 2 rota and has been a fantastic reg, running the department with seeming effortlessness. He contributes regularly to departmental education though teaching sessions and creating one minute wonders (most of which I now have saved on my phone for future reference!) Thank you so much for all you do for your department and your colleagues Alistair – you are truly appreciated! Alistair is a fantastic ANNP! He is always on top of clinical tasks, maintains a detailed overview of the unit and is an unfaltering pair of safe hands. He knowledge is deep and detailed and his decision making is always sound. His quiet calm efficiency is an incredible skill and makes him a pleasure to work with. He interacts well with the whole MDT and his skills on both sides bring the medical and nursing teams together, both in his day to day work and through regular teaching and QIPs. He supports and encourages trainees to develop and fulfil their potential. |
