“Nothing is ever too much trouble for Noelle, she takes on roles to help support the students and new starters. She is passionate about the ward and strives to ensure that the team around her are supported and that the ward is safe. She is an excellent teacher and puts this to use in her role as student link and also when working with newly qualified nurses. As well as this she teaches manual handling on the ward when needed. Noelle is a strong advocate for her patients and will ensure that they receive the best care possible, she is not afraid to pick up the phone or go searching for a doctor to make sure this happens. Noelle often changes her shifts to help support the ward and keep staffing levels safe. “” Noelle is a good member of our team, she is friendly and supportive. She shows good leadership to those around her and in her decision-making for our floor. She works as a link nurse for the student nurses giving them support and time during their placements as well as looking for additions learning opportunities for them. She also supports the precepetee nurses in our area ensuring they feel supported and able to complete their work. “ |
