| Charlotte is always keeping the spirits of the team up. She works hard within her role and ensures that her patients are well cared for. She advocates well for her patients and their families, ensuring that they are at the centre of her care. Charlotte works great as part of the multi-disciplinary team and is always happy to offer advise on areas that she is confident and knowledgeable in which is a great support for her team and those that work alongside her. Charlotte is able to build up posistive and effective working relationships with the paediatric team and has shown a keen ability to work alongside us whilst also supporting her nursing colleagues. Charlotte works very well with students encouraging, and supporting them to get the most out of their placements. |
