| Nursing staff especially in HDU are great at looking after sick babies and working together. All especially the ANNP team support and welcome new doctors into the team. Multiple changes over the past year with the team embracing new practices to better patient care.
This team is incredible.The teamwork embraced in this unit is incredibly amazing.Great effort is put in by every member to make the unit a very efficient place to work in ,even in the most tedious and exhausting shifts.Everyone looks out for their neighbour or workmate and the joint efficient care accorded to patients ,exemplifies the exceptional comradeship. |
