Throughout this tough year with lots of challenges- the SCBU nursing team has worked very well, supporting each other during staffing issues on the unit- members of staff coming in last minute or being on call to support colleagues and to provide high standards of care to patients and their families.

The SCBU team embody team working in everything they do. They look out for each other both professionally and personally. They support one another through good and bad times. They are a small tight knit team who work well together in all circumstances. They give the best possible care and advocate for the babies and families they look after. They are all brilliant!
