Hana really is a fantastic registrar to work with. She has such enthusiasm for paediatrics and her positive energy makes her a great colleague to work with. She is such a great leader and when she is around the shift is organised and efficient. She is extremely approachable and as a junior on shift with Hana I always feel well supported and encouraged. She takes time to teach her juniors and encourages learning opportunities. She shows great care towards the patients and their families, taking time to ensure they understand the diagnosis and plan. She demonstrates amazing clinical knowledge and skills making safe and effective management plans. This something I will strive to emulate. I really enjoy working with Hana and look forward to these shifts.
