| Lisa, Laura and Julie have worked exceptionally hard to create such a robust supportive neonatal unit out reach service. Over a short space of time since they have been in post they have renovating the service, ensuring infants and parents are supported from admission to support families for an earlier, robust, supported discharge. During the pandemic we have often been full to capacity, but thanks to that hard work and expanded service they have delivered many more families have been supported earlier in the community. They are an amazing supportive team, ensuring high quality, multidisciplinary care is achieve. We really appreciate everything you have done for the service, so very well done….next stop home phototherapy! xox |
