| Georgina (George) always goes over and above to hold in mind and support, not only the children and families her and her team support, but also any child and family entering the Child Development Centre. She is always available to share her knowledge and skills with her team and wider MDT to support children with additional neurodevelopmental needs and within the last year has worked hard to expand the provision of Circle of Security, a parent intervention that she is deeply passionate and skilled within, to wider services within the local area so that more families can benefit from this support. Prior to and throughout the pandemic she endeavours to empower and encourage the development of her colleagues and has taken on additional job roles to ensure her team receive both the personal and professional support, supervision and guidance when needed. Both her team and the Child Development Centre as a whole truly value George and the work she does. |
