| Zara’s passion for nursing and taking care of not only children but there families shines through her in every shift she is on. She has the ability to remain calm in stressful situations managing extremely unwell children while also looking after the family in the most terrifying of times for them. Her ability to put patient safety and the rights of the child first is paramount in every decision she makes often managing situations expected of a band 6 while being a band 5 at present. Zara is a credit to the paediatric emergency department and is always an ear to listen and give advise as well as ensuring that everything she does is teaching and learning opportunity for students as well as other members of staff. Zara often puts the needs of others before herself and deserves nothing more than the credit of this title for the outstanding job that she does. Zara you are a role model to many and so many look up to you! Never stop being amazing and inspiring others. Well done |
