| Mandy is an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced colleague who keeps a high standard of care for children with neurodevelopmental difficulties at the heart of what she does. She is an incredible member of the team to work alongside; she improves the welfare of patients through her direct care and advice, as well as through the development of assessment pathways and guidelines, and she consistently strives to improve her own practice and the Child Health service as a whole. She advocates for the rights of children and young people she sees and helps them reach their full potential in school and home life. She is always on hand for clinical advice, and prioritises teaching paediatric trainees. |
