Sarah Tickle as a rota coordinator is one of a kind! She navigates the extremely challenging job of managing all the paediatric rotas with skill and compassion. She treats us all with utmost kindness and respect, resulting in a strong working relationship between us all. She always does whatever she can to help, in a way that I have never experienced before in a rota coordinator. She is a huge reason why working in Exeter is so great!

Brilliant coordinator – goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is getting the leave and support they need. Responds instantly to queries and generally makes starting a new trust less stressful.
Despite the challenges of the last year Sarah has insured the rota has been replete. Her positivity and conscious approach solves any issues and keeps the departments running, welcoming the trainees, accommodating requests and sorting problems, thank you for all your work.

Sarah is just amazing! She is the best rota coordinator I have ever had. Sarah will go out of her way to help, supporting you to find swaps and do everything she can to enable you to take the leave you want. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the department and its runnings, she is definitely my go to when I have a query!

Sarah makes you feel like a person rather than a slot on the rota. She works tirelessly to enable you to have a work life balance. Requesting annual leave in advance has never been so stress free. I will miss her when I rotate!
