Hannah is a highly valued member of our team. Since she started here at RCHT we were impressed by her efficiency, decision making and communication. She works incredibly hard, is comfortable with leadership and leads her team competently and confidently. Hannah is well respected by consutlants, junior doctors and nursing staff and highly thought of. Her work is excellent and her handover demonstrated excellent knowledge and understanding of the patient and the ward. Hannah will do very well in PEM and we are sorry to see her leave her, she was a great addition to our team. Hannah was an intelligent,amicable,hardworking registrar.She looked after her patients with utmost and prudent care.She also looked after the juniors she worked with in a nurturing fashion ensuring learning for them at the same time fostering their growth in independent patient care. |
