| Emma is a fantastic nurse and brilliant role model, when in charge she is excellent at communicating between ward, PAU & ED and keeps patient flow & admissions timely. Emma is always really supportive in her senior role & always makes sure that her colleagues are having breaks, are happy & managing ok with their patient load, she will always also get involved in patient care if she’s needed when ward is busy. Emma is always approachable, professional and friendly & I’m always reassured when I’m on shift and she’s on too. |
