| Before going on Maternity leave, I worked regularly with Millie. She was always positive and honest. Despite being qualified for just 2 years, Millie is a great paediatric emergency department nurse. She is not afraid to get stuck in and she has high emotional intelligence. I enjoy working with Millie, she injects a bit of laughter into the day and is not afraid to advocate for her patients and colleagues when required. She professionally challenge well and is not afraid to make her voice heard when it comes to the best interests of the children in her care. |
