| Neil has always been the person that can support and push you equally. I can always rely on him to be there when I have questions or require help. He is the go to person when you are unsure and his knowledge is impressive to say the least. I honestly do not think I would be where I am today without him.
Neil is always willing to train you on anything you need and never makes you feel silly for not knowing anything. Neil works hard as clinical educator for paediatrics, to keep us updated on our mandatory training, and to help us to find and learn new things in more specialised subjects. He is supportive of us not just in learning, but in professional / career development. Neil is extremely knowledgeable , he manages to educate staff of all grades . No question is too simple , he has a great deal of patience with those that struggle with their learning . his continual encouragement always helps bring the best out of his students/peers |
