| Rachael is an outstanding advanced neonatal nurse practitioner. She is extremely passionate regarding the holistic care of the neonate and applies her extensive knowledge to ensure excellent quality of care. She advocates for both parents and nursing staff, highlighting their concerns to senior members of the medical team and ensuring they are acted upon.
