| Kate works so hard and goes about her nursing in a controlled and calm way in the most stressful situations. A valuable member of our team and is a great role model to junior members of staff. She organises her time and work load efficiently and has exemplary documentation skills. She has a caring nature and also has great knowledge which she is keen to teach and share with students and junior members of the team. She is always a joy to work with. |
