| Rachel worked on a quality improvement project to improve paediatric trauma in the Emergency Department – this has significantly improved the care we give. She also works to support paediatric insitu simulation which helps learning and development in the department. She is an excellent ambassador for teaching both paediatrics and for the adult patients we see. She is hugely respected and appreciated by the paediatric emergency department and thoroughly deserves this award. |
