Heather is a paediatric secretary for local and visiting consultants. We could not do our job without Heather, she is super efficient and always making sure that nothing falls through the cracks. She works to an incredibly high standard and we are very lucky to have her. Even small things like sorting our post and getting us coffees in clinic make such a difference to our working lives. Heather is always striving to do more and goes above and beyond to get her work done. Heather provides a vital link between ourselves and our patients and I know our patients always find her approachable and efficient and greatly appreciate her role. Thank you Heather – we could not do it without you!! She is a secretary for a very busy team of Consultants (local and visiting) and became an essential link for the safe running of the service. She is always a positive person and willing to help. She pushes boundaries anytime the patients need it which give us reassurance as clinicians. |
