| Lina has been an asset to level 12 UHP. She always has the time to stop what she is doing and offer advice and is full of valuable knowledge as a senior clinician. Lina always has a smile on her face and nothing seems to be of a problem for her, this radiates into her consultations with the children and young people that attend the assessment unit. She always ensures that the families in her care are aware of the plans of care and are kept up to date with the progress. She is a role model in paediatrics and wont hesitate to share her knowledge through teaching and training with both junior and senior members of the team. She is a great team player and very hardworking! |
