Oli is a brilliant registrar who always pays attention to the smaller details, thinking holistically about our patients and their families to ensure they have the best care. He frequently goes above and beyond for our patients, whether it’s coming on shift early to ensure he’s present for a procedure or remembering to bring in a cake for a patient admitted on their birthday. Oli also takes the time to support colleagues across the nursing and medical teams with learning and education; if anyone has any questions on a shift or is undertaking any kind of CPD, he’s only too happy to have a chat about it and share his knowledge. He’s a valued member of the paediatric team and it’s been a pleasure to work with him.
