| Lisa is the units oracle, a highly skilled HDU sister who leads the team with a passion. A smile and skill not that many can. The last 18 months have only highlighted her skills and passion in seeking to improve the children’s care and experiences. She often is the first to raise concerns / make suggestions for improvements and bring the team together. Whether it’s with a quirky text or out of tune but comical song Lisa brings the team along and ensures they know their voices are heard and needs have been highlighted. She always has the children and teams interest at the forefront and is able to articulate , inspire and support her team in relation to change , well being and high standards of care. The last 18 months have been challenging for us all in health care, Lisa’s unwavering support for her team has been astounding and I don’t think she realises the impact her care, kindness, fun and senior voice has kept us all going. |
