Charlotte has been a well respected member of the CAU/CHDU team for many years. Charlotte does an amazing job of keeping the unit spotless, we are always receiving 100% for our cleaning and this is down to Charlotte and all her hard work.
She is dedicated to her job and it is evident the pride she takes in her work, she always takes time to interact with patients and their families. Nothing is ever to much to ask Charlotte and often if you ask her something she is one step ahead and the task is already completed. She has been even more of an asset throughout the pandemic not only having the “”green”” area to clean but also the “”amber/red”” area and always ensures she is up to date with the current infection control procedures. Charlotte ensures she empowers her colleagues to maintain the same standard she sets for the unit.
Charlotte always comes to work with a positive attitude and the biggest smile which is contagious! Thankyou Charlotte for all you do your amazing.
