| Chris is an excellent educational supervisor. He takes time to know his trainees. He reviews their work patterns, and provides supportive tailored plans for them. Chris is able to have difficult and challenging conversations and make difficult decisions but he always has the best interests of the patients at heart and is able to combine this with the needs of the trainee.
